Terms and Conditions
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the DogBoss crypto mining platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by DogBoss (“Administrator”). By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The Platform provides information, tools and services related to crypto mining, mining infrastructure and related solutions. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of applicable law shall apply.
Definitions

Mining Services – services related to crypto mining, including infrastructure planning, hosting support, monitoring, consulting and other mining-related solutions provided via the Platform. Account – an individual User account that enables access to selected Platform features and services. Agreement – the contract for the provision of services concluded between the User and the Administrator at the moment the User accepts these Terms and uses the Platform. Service – any paid or free functionality made available to the User through the Platform, including access to tools, dashboards, documentation and support.
User Registration and Account
To use certain features of the Platform, the User may need to create an Account. Registration is voluntary, and basic information pages may be accessible without an Account. When registering, the User undertakes to provide true, accurate and complete data. The User is responsible for keeping login data confidential and for any actions carried out via their Account. Sharing an Account with third parties is prohibited. The Administrator reserves the right to verify the data provided by the User and to suspend or block the Account if there is a suspicion of misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Account Use and Security
Full use of the Platform’s advanced functionalities requires an active Account. Registration for standard Account access is free of charge, unless specified otherwise for certain Services. The User is obliged to protect their login credentials and secure access to their devices. Any unauthorised use of the Account should be immediately reported to the Administrator. The Administrator may temporarily limit or block access to the Account in order to maintain security, perform maintenance or investigate suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Mining Services and Related Functions
The Platform may offer both free and paid Services, including mining infrastructure planning, hashrate monitoring, access to mining-related dashboards, hosting coordination, consulting and educational materials. Access to certain Services may require a fee in accordance with the price list or commercial terms displayed on the Platform. The Administrator reserves the right to modify, expand or discontinue specific Services in order to improve quality, adapt to market conditions or comply with legal requirements. Any projections of mining rewards, hashrate or profitability presented on the Platform are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees or investment advice.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for paid Services are processed through payment systems available on the Platform or as specified in individual commercial agreements. Prices for Services are indicated in the relevant currency and may include applicable taxes, which will be clearly stated. The User is responsible for ensuring that payment data is correct and that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Unless otherwise stated in the Service description or required by mandatory law, the User may withdraw from a paid Service within the period provided by law, provided that the Service has not been fully delivered or irreversibly activated. In justified cases, the Administrator may grant a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of the Service. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period after receiving a correctly submitted request and verification of eligibility.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials made available on the Platform, including texts, diagrams, dashboards, design layouts, software elements and other content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The User acquires only a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such materials for personal or internal business purposes related to mining and use of the Platform. It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, resell or publicly share Platform materials without prior written consent from the Administrator. Any materials or data provided by the User via the Platform must be free from claims by third parties. The User retains the rights to content they provide, while granting the Administrator a limited licence to use such content insofar as is necessary to provide the Services and operate the Platform.
Liability
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the content and Services offered on the Platform are reliable and up to date. Nevertheless, crypto mining is associated with technical risk, energy costs and market volatility. The Administrator does not guarantee that the User will achieve specific profit levels, hashrate, uptime or other results. The User uses the Platform and any mining-related recommendations at their own risk and is responsible for compliance with local law, including tax and regulatory obligations. The Administrator is not liable for technical problems on the User’s side, such as hardware failure, network connectivity issues, energy interruptions or incorrect configuration. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond the Administrator’s control, and the Administrator is not liable for any resulting loss of opportunity or indirect damage.
Prohibited Activities
It is strictly prohibited, in particular: Using the Platform in a way that disrupts its operation or reduces its performance Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform’s systems, infrastructure or other Users’ Accounts Sharing unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content via the Platform Using the Platform for activities that violate applicable law, including money laundering or other financial crime Using the Platform for commercial purposes without the Administrator’s consent where such consent is required Conducting activities that directly compete with the Platform by copying or scraping its structure, content or services Violating intellectual property rights of the Administrator or third parties Publishing unsolicited advertising or promotional content without prior approval Using the Platform in any way that may harm its reputation or the interests of other Users.
Termination and Account Blocking
The Administrator has the right to immediately terminate the Agreement and block or delete the User’s Account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions or if required by law or regulatory authorities. In the case of Account blocking due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the User is not entitled to a refund for unused portions of paid Services, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise. The User may request deletion of their Account at any time by sending a request to: konto@dogboss.org. Deletion of the Account results in the loss of access to all Services and data associated with the Account, except where their further storage is required by law or justified by the legitimate interests of the Administrator (for example, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims).
Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended from time to time. Users will be informed of material changes by publication of the new version of the Terms and Conditions on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Administrator, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise. The Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the Platform. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the version indicated by the Administrator as binding shall prevail, unless local law requires otherwise.
